The services of RhondaVision Photography are provided in a few short steps. I have tried to simplify the process of hiring a photographer and hope to ensure a fun experience for all involved. As serious and dedicated as I am to the craft, I also want to keep the business end of our relationship efficient and comfortable as possible.

STEP 1: Introduction & Deposit: You will receive this letter, rate sheet and copies of proposed agreements/contracts for your review and consideration. Once you decide to book a session or assignment, the Deposit fee is due in order to confirm your position on my calendar and begin the process of determining the services you wish to secure.

STEP 2: In advance of our scheduled session, you will be required to pay for the initial services (session time, etc). After the shoot is completed, I will provide you with an interim invoice marked paid. I then organize/briefly retouch your images and get them ready to present to you. We then schedule a Post Production meeting where you see the results of the shoot.

STEP 3: The Post Production Meeting is where you decide on your ala carte purchase options (prints, more detailed re-touch services, digital images, etc). Once the Post Production order and payment is received, I work on fulfilling your order. Your order is delivered within 4 weeks from the date of this meeting. Once your order is 100% complete, you will receive the final invoice reflecting all payments received. In the event you choose a flat rate/ inclusive session, these ala carte options become irrelevant and Step 2 becomes contingent on package details.

I encourage you to read all documents that I provide to you thoroughly. Doing so will help eliminate any confusion and avoid delays in the process. To prevent miscommunication, I feel that conducting business in writing (email) is the most efficient way to work together. I’d love to chat in person, too! But please understand, if we speak on the phone, you will most likely receive a follow up email from me, reiterating what we discussed.

Again, I appreciate your consideration and hope that you decide to choose RhondaVision Photography, LLC for your next photographic assignment. I am always here to answer your questions or address any concerns that you may have.
